We offer a full range of precision-machining services, which include turning, milling, drilling and (CMM) inspection. Machining is carried out by computer numerical control (CNC). Specialist computers are programmed to guide the machining tools and shape the components accordingly.


We've specialized in the providing of custom CNC turning and fabrication for more than ten years. Our CNC machining service are welcomed by dozens of customers. Additionally, we supply precision casting, forging service to the customer, which are suitable for large volume orders. Three coordinate measuring machines to test the part for guarantee the machining precision.

What we can do for CNC machining

Hilien provides fast metal CNC machining services for custom production of prototype parts, unit parts or small batch parts (from 1 to more than 100 parts). Our capabilities enable us to quickly produce your functional metal parts in just one working day. This precise machining process is the best choice for prototyping and rapid production of small and large metal parts. You will receive high-dimensional precision parts made of a variety of "correct materials": aluminum processing, steel processing, stainless steel processing, brass processing, etc.


In order to produce your metal parts, we have 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centers (processing through digital control) as well as a series of machines and high-performance tools. We use the most suitable technology (CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, boring, etc.) to produce your parts as quickly as possible from a piece of metal material. This is called a "subtractive" production method because it removes material. We recommend CNC metal processing with functional, mechanical, thermal or aesthetic verification.

Duration of pattern-making and sample-making: Within 40 days (Vary subject to the complexity of products)

Minimum order: No limit

Delivery: Within 30 days after signing of contract and confirmation of samples by client


CNC Machining Tolerances

Our general tolerances for CNC Machining of Castings and Forgings are ISO-2768-1-fine and ISO-2768-1-medium. Tolerances are greatly affected by part geometry and type of material.


Our Sales Engineer will consult with you personally on every part of your project and will assist in providing you with the highest degree of precision possible.
